RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the airport transfer time. After that, your reservation may not be accepted depending on the availability of vehicles. The confirmation of the reservation will be e-mailed to the client once it has been accepted.
Hours of operation; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients are asked to observe punctuality during pick up times. The shuttle service will not be liable where vehicles have to proceed without passengers who have failed to meet the vehicle at the required time agreed between the Agent / Client and the shuttle service.
ARRIVALS
20 minutes after your flight lands, our driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name.-
VIP Exit , It is necessary to tell us, because the VIP room exit is for a different door and you can not find our driver.
If you can not find it, please contact our emergency number + 598 96 6037 80 (Supports text messages) and we will locate it for you. if you don't have phone, please go to the airport cabin information and they can call us!
Also in airport hall you can find a Free Wi-fi , and send us a email, we check every minutes.
LATE ARRIVALS
If your fligth for any reason is delayed, don't worry , we are keep in eyes on all flights,
LUGGAGE
Each passenger may take one suitcase plus one hand-carried luggage free of charge.
Additional items will cost as follows and are payable directly to the driver: Bicycles / Skis / Snowboards $15/item
Caged Animals $15/item
Additional suitcase $5/item
Any other items not mentioned above will be charged at the drivers discretion.
Any lost property found aboard the shuttle vehicles will be returned to head office.
Clients are asked to collect lost property from this address. B&B Remises SRl. service do not take any responsibilty for any luggage lost /stolen or damaged from their vehicles or during pick up and drop off times.
LUGGAGE SMOKING
Clients are requested to observe the no smoking rule on board vehicles.
